Rugby: Doncaster player on life support machine
The 23-year-old signed for the Knights in the summer from Coventry and he impressed director of rugby Brett Davey with his performances in the opening games.
A statement on www.drfc.co.uk said: “Doncaster Knights scrum-half Lee Audis has been seriously injured in a car accident and is currently on a life support machine.

Hide Ad“Lee’s parents are in contact with the club and we will pass on any change in Lee’s condition that the family wishes to share publicly.
“The club has extended its support to the Audis family and stands ready to assist as and when requested.
“Everyone associated with the club is hoping Lee pulls through and our thoughts and prayers are with Lee, his family and friends.
“Mr and Mrs Audis have passed a message to Brett Davey recognising that the Doncaster Knights squad are a tight group and asking that the squad pull together and play for Lee.”
