Ross Kellett has Senior in sights at The Belfry
Englishman Jack Senior, whose only defeat in four matches in the Granite City came in the first-day singles against Jordan Spieth, takes a three-shot lead into the final circuit at the Ryder Cup venue after carding a five-under 67 in the second round.
Former Ryder Cup player Paul Broadhurst is leading the chase, a shot ahead of another Englishman in William Harrold, with Kellett the top Scot in Sutton Coldfield – sharing fifth spot and with five shots to make up on Senior.

Also hoping to taste victory today – for the second time in less than a week in his case – is newly-crowned Scottish Boys’ champion Ewen Ferguson. He’s sitting fifth, having shot rounds of 74 and 69, with 36 holes to go in the McEvoy Trophy at Copt Heath in Solihull.
