Rangers decision QC declares himself bankrupt
Gary Allan QC, who received death threats from angered fans after the SFA panel he was part of sentenced the Ibrox team to a 12 month transfer ban and a £160,000 fine, has declared himself bankrupt after accruing debts of over £200,000.
Mr Allan received more than £109,000 in legal aid last year but has declared assets of just £9,964.

It is believed the QC will still be able to practise law as the Faculty of Advocates do not consider Mr Allan’s position to be a disciplinary matter.
