Hide AdMany assume the league is wrapped up but star defender Helander wants the team to remain focused.
"We’re playing well as a team,” he told Sky Sports. “It is easy to come in and perform and do your bit for the team because we all know what we are going to do on the pitch.
"We take one game at a time and if we keep on doing that we will win the league. Just one game at a time that’s it.”
Helander paired Connor Goldson at the back and put in a display which earned him man of the match from the league’s broadcaster.
“It was three very important points for us,” he said. “We played against a good team, it was a tough game but we got away with the three points and that’s important.
“I think everyone sacrifices themselves for this team. We’re a good group, we’ve got to keep continuing.
"Very nice [keeping a clean sheet]. It’s something we defenders talk about. It is always like an extra privilege to do that.
"I’ve been a bit in and out of the team. Now is the second game in a row, it feels good.”
