Legia chairman Mioduski makes peace with Celtic
Mioduski, who was at Parkhead for a European Club Association meeting, told the Daily Mail that he had shook hands with Peter Lawell and agreed to cease hostilities. He said: “Peter is on the board of the ECA and Celtic were hosting. We had a conversation about what happened over the summer. We shook hands and I explained to him briefly why we were upset and he explained to me why Celtic acted as they did. Listen we are all big boys. At the end of it all, we have to put things behind us and look forward. I am looking forward to working with Peter now because I am getting more involved with the ECA and I think we can make things better for our clubs by working together.”
• Celtic are reported to be interested in free agent and former Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra.
