£1000 of tobacco stolen from Dundee Tesco
The cigarettes and tobacco were stolen from the Tesco store in the city’s Strathmartine Road between 9.20pm and 9.45pm last night.
A spokesman for the Tayside Division of Police Scotland said: “Officers are keen to trace three men who were seen in the store at the relevant time.

Hide AdThe first man is described as being in his 30s, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, with short brown-coloured hair. He was wearing a black-coloured hooded jacket with red-coloured lining, black-coloured jogging bottoms and dark coloured trainers.

“The second man is as described as aged in his early 40s, 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build, with short brown-coloured hair. He was wearing a black-coloured puffa styled jacket, black-coloured jogging bottoms and dark-coloured trainers.
“The third man is described aged in his late 20s, 5ft 5ins tall, of medium build, with a shaved head. He was wearing a black-coloured jacket with a grey-coloured hooded top underneath the jacket and grey-coloured jogging bottoms.”
He added: “Anyone who remembers seeing anyone acting suspiciously in the area, or anyone who knows who might be responsible for this theft should get in touch with Police Scotland Tayside Division on 101. Information can also be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
