Right move
The answer is obvious: face-to-face discussions with someone who can impart knowledge in a relatively easy-to-understand manner. There are times when this is a must, it's what a customer (the public) requires and expects, and we should not be pinning all our information sources purely on websites and click-ons.
I do not disagree with his list of excellent publications and websites, but Mr Jamieson does seem rather obsessed with websites. I accept we live a in fast-moving technological age, but not everyone has easy access to the internet.

Hide AdFinally, if I have a criticism of the proposed scheme, it may be that budgeting and debt management advice cut across what well-known agencies such as Citizens Advice already do.
