Media set for access to gag order cases
The report by a committee headed by Master of the Rolls Lord Neuberger comes a day after the partial lifting of an injunction given to ex-Royal Bank of Scotland head Sir Fred Goodwin over allegations that he had an affair with a senior colleague.
The claims were made public yesterday by Liberal Democrat peer Lord Stoneham, using parliamentary privilege in the House of Lords.

The woman involved in the affair can still not be named, but today she was said to be a married mother with an important strategic job at RBS and earning a six-figure salary.
