EICC setting the standards
The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) was given the highest score yet for service and business excellence from the Institute of Hospitality.
With a combined score of 85.4 per cent, the EICC leads a field that includes major hotel chains, caterers and public sector institutions, where 68.6 per cent was the average score.
