Drug bust: Cannabis worth more than £1 million recovered from properties in Peterhead following Police Scotland intelligence operation
Searches at four properties in Peterhead were conducted by officers from Police Scotland's Organised Crime and Counter Terrorism Unit alongside the local community policing team.
As a result of the searches – carried out on Monday March 22 and Tuesday, 23 March – £1 million worth of Cannabis was recovered.

Hide AdFour men, aged 44, 42, 31 and 24, have since been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
The four men are expected to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court today, Wednesday, March 24.
Detective Inspector Robin Sim said: "We are committed to disrupting the illegal and harmful supply of drugs in our communities.
"We will use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from our streets."
