Birds charity takes flight to new offices
The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) is to become the latest tenant at Edinburgh Park, as the charity relocates to the 2 Lochside View office block from Dunedin House at Ravelston Terrace.
It has signed a lease with landlord Miller Lochside View Limited until January 2020 and will take the whole ground floor - an 11,860sq ft space.

Hide AdBen Reed, director at Jones Lang LaSalle, the property firm that acted for RSPB, said: "Having considered city centre and west Edinburgh options, 2 Lochside View offered the right blend of price, quality of space and accessibility for staff."
Duncan Orr-Ewing, head of land management at RSPB, said: "We are pleased to be moving to Edinburgh Park. Good quality office space and access to local amenities, especially public transport were key considerations in influencing our choice of location.
"As a conservation charity, we also have targets for reducing our carbon dioxide emissions, and a more energy efficient office will help us as part of these efforts".
