Dundee's waterfront adds further developer
The project will be located next to the planned V&A museum and opposite the new entrance to the city’s train station, comprising 67 flats for the private rental sector, 50,000 square feet of Grade A office space, and a 120-bed high-end hotel.

Hide AdDundee City Council city development convener Councillor Will Dawson said: “We expect more private investment in the Waterfront to emerge as the surge in interest we are currently seeing from developers begins to bear fruit.”
The waterfront project is valued at some £1 billion.
