Auction firm Bonhams moves office to Newton Mearns
Miranda Leslie, Bonhams’ managing director in Scotland, said it was “an exciting move for us and our clients”.
She added: “Kirkhill House provides everything we need to offer a first-rate experience. We will have more space to hold valuations and exhibitions and to entertain – all in a prestigious and beautiful historical building.”

Hide AdGordon McFarlan, director of Bonhams, west of Scotland, said: “The new offices will be readily accessible by car and there is ample free parking.”
The first four valuations of the year will take place on jewellery on 10 February and 10 March; arms, armour, sporting guns and coins on 2 March, and watches on 8 March.
Bonhams, founded in 1793, is one of the world’s largest auctioneers.
