Eilidh Child makes Edinburgh Uni’s hall of fame

Child, a graduate of the university, represented Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics Games in London and won a silver medal for the 400m in the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
Also added to the roll-call of sporting greats are Olympic bronze medal winning swimmer Alan McClatchey and two-time Commonwealth bronze medal winning weightlifter Charles Revolta.

Hide AdPrevious inductees into the Hall of Fame include six-time Olympic gold medal-winning cyclist Sir Chris Hoy, Olympic gold medallist rower Katherine Grainger, and Olympic 400 metre running champion Eric Liddell.
