Gary Rowett’s English Championship outfit have stepped up their efforts to land the 26-year-old striker after Dundee rejected a second bid in the region of £375,000, plus add-ons, yesterday.
It is understood the Dens club are holding out for an offer in excess of £400,000, for prize asset Stewart, who is in the final year of his contract.
