Athletics: Eilidh Child axes coach
The 23-year-old Perth teacher, who has been guided by former professional sprint champion Hogg for the last two years, has decided to call on the help of veteran hurdles guru Malcolm Arnold as she builds towards next year's World Championships in Korea and the 2012 London Olympics.
Child intends to travel to see Bath-based Arnold for technical help on a regular basis over the rest of the winter, while continuing to do her fitness sessions in Scotland with National Coach Laurier Primeau.

Despite her silver medal the Pitreavie club member was unhappy with her own performance in Delhi and admitted to making hurdling mistakes which might have cost her the gold. Child is the Scottish record-holder with a time of 55.16.
