Bringing colour to Rouken Glen Park

Bright colourful powder, was thrown at the event to cover everyone in the different colours of rainbow and celebrate diversity with the whole family.
A piper and a dholl drum player opened the colour-throwing festival, which aims to create a vibrant atmosphere which reinforces that differences in social or economic status should not be a barrier in today’s society.
Other activities on the day included a Nepalese dancer, henna hand painting, a bouncy castle and sponge throwing.
